The Internet is a great place to put your advertisement. If you advertise in a local paper it can cost you as much as $50 for a single weekend. The people that see it will be limited mainly to the city you advertised in. Further, just see how much it costs you to put pictures in. Advertising on the Internet is different. You reach thousands of people. Many are affluent. Your advertisement reaches around the world. Our site has been visited by about every country we know of and a few we didn't know about.
Option 1 (optimum marketing of your property)
Owners may place properties with us, with photos and multiple pages, which we place on the Internet and register with the major search engines as strongly as feasible so as to sell the property. The cost for this is $149 for a full six month advertisement. In the unlikely event the property does not sale within the six month period, an additional six months is only $49. Further, if it doesn't sell after that the next six months would be free of charge. (At that point you really need to ask yourself if it is priced properly.) The cost of producing the page and its links are included in the listed advertisement cost. (You can also plan to advertise for a full year for only $179 and save the cost of rebilling.)
Option 2
Owners place a five line advertisement, without photos, with our highly visited service for their property. We will place the ad resale section and register it on Internet services. The cost for this is $30 for a full three month advertisement. (Subsequent advertisements are treated as a new ad.)

This site is maintained for owners of the properties, or those interested in using or owning owner held properties.)
What you need to do.
Send us an ad copy, and in the case of option 1, up to six photos. The best marketing result will occur when the ad copy looks similar to that shown in the advertisements listed. We prefer to scan the photos (at no additional charge) so we can optimize them for Internet viewing. However, if desired, you can scan them and ship them to us.

We are not Realtors and do not serve in that capacity in any form. We are advertising the property. Handling the sale is up to you. We strongly suggest you use a title company for the closing.
