Avon. My husband and I stayed at the Christy Lodge (reviewed previously) on April 25, 1998. The staff was nice, but didn't seem to communicate with each other well.  For example, despite twice emphasizing that I needed a very quiet room, they put us directly above a fraternity party.  They did get us moved to a separate annex, but I don't understand why they didn't put us there in the first place.  We had to get dressed and pack up after we had gotten ready for bed. Kauai. My wife and I have a 5 star, 1 week time share with the Cliffs Club Resort in Princeville, Kauai. We are no longer interested in keeping it and would like to explore the possibilty of selling it. We would like to determine 2 things. Its value and what the best source is for advertising its sale.

Quarter House Resort in New Orleans. We recently traded a week through RCI for Quarter House Resort in New Orleans. The staff were friendly but the resort was terrible. The young lady in the exchange department will tell the best lies to get you to Quarter House and then it is totally different. Parking was 2 and 1/2 blocks away and the resort made money on the parking. They told me it was $6.00 PER DAY AND WHEN I CHECKED IN, THEY TOLD ME IT HAD GONE UP TO $15.00 PER DAY since a convention was in town yet the lot was only charging $12.00 to the general public. Sun Palace in Cancun
To whom it may concern:

My wife and I purchased a timeshare at Sun Palace in Cancun five years ago and have never used it. We have since taken some vacations but Cancun hadn' fit the bill since. We were actually trying to sell it but are now debating keeping and using it. Has anyone been to this resort and how much did they enjoy it? Any information would be much appreciated as we have been quite "timeshare illiterate" prior to and since we bought it. mitin@teusplanet.net. (4/10/1999)
