Looking to purchase

East Coast. I have friends who stayed for a weekend in a resort and ended up buying a timeshare. This was quite a while ago and they love it. They stayed 2 nights for free just to look at the timeshare and hear about it. Are there any offers like this out there at this time. We are looking for something north east area (we live in upstate NY) like Cape Cod or VT, NH, ME or even in NY or PA. Would even consider Ocean City. Puerto Rico, Hyatt Hacienda Del Mar in Dorado. Recently my family visited the above location in pr for Easter vacation. We were invited for the timeshare tour and became interested. We are strongly considering purchasing one week in the red category and maybe a bronze week for about 29k and change. My wife loves Puerto Rico and we will use the time for our large family. It's a two bedroom/2bath, phase one built in 1998 and the next phase in July 2000. Maintenance is $700 per week. Any feedback from your group would be interesting and helpful.
