Directory, For Profit Company
- Description. A very large collection of resources for singles.
Billed as the worlds largest selection of singles links.
- Events. No activities are listed by this service. However, the
listing of links is very extensive.
American Singles,
For Profit Company
- Description. This a a national and international
Internet based connection service. It is one of the few completely free dating
services on the Internet and is touted as the worlds largest, non-profit dating
service. It was founded in 1978. Some of the free services include chat rooms,
advice, search of ads capacity, and listing of your own ad and profile.
- Events. Chat and other activities occur regularly.

Cupid’s Network,
Singles Internet Sites Resource, For Profit Company
- Description. This is a national organization started in
1991and on the web since in February 1995. Cupid’s Network does a good job of meeting
its mission of being "the focal point for many single adult related sites on the
Web". Their network incorporates over
300 sites and includes both for profit and non-profit organizations. Included are
national supersites of electronic personals listings, regional singles clubs,
international introduction organizations, matchmakers, dating services, telepersonals,
travel, shopping, news and information for single adults.
- Events. Cupid's Network lists event sites occurring throughout
the nation. They are categorized well and can be examined by date, telephone area code, or
location. Check their Internet site for more

Dinner for Six,
For Profit Group
- Description. Three men and three women to meet over dinner at
a variety of Denver/Boulder's unique restaurants. Operating since 1994, they operate a
friendly dinner party, in a safe, non-threatening environment.
- Events. Although this is a for-profit group, they have a
reputation for good events at reasonable cost. They now have an on-line paper too. 303.777.0700

The paper comes out on a monthly bases and tries to list as many single
organizations as possible along with events that are open to singles.

- Description. In business for more than a quarter
of a century, La Clef D'or advertises itself as "a unique private social
dating club."

They have a webzine that features articles about relationships and romance, travel and entertainment, hearth and home. The weekly e-mail newsletter also features romance tips and date ideas.

- Description. Designed to give the
singles in the front range community a place to meet others in the same community.
- Events. Events are listed on their
web site. Current list are at least two to three per month.

Radio Show, For Profit Group
- Description. This is a mixture of hints, tips, and advice on
how to find that special someone along with the best love songs from the 70's, 80's and
90's It is an interesting mix, with throw in a few laughs along the way.
- Events. Includes various changing on-line activities. Some
pretty good songs and humor that our visitors may find useful.
Relationship Toolbox,
Local For Profit Company
- Description. This is a local company (Lakewood) that has 72
chapters on relationships and romance. Visitation to more than the sample chapters appear
to entail a cost.
- Events. New updates are occurring regularly.

Singles in Denver,

- Description. Singles-in-Denver has the goal for their web site
to be a meeting place for all singles in Denver. They promote events and activities that
are of interest to the single adult.
- Events. Links promoting for-profit events and associations
that have information about what is going on in Denver. Singles in Denver also plans to
have a quarterly publication that will be sent by subscription only.
Singles Network, Unknown
- Description. A new group issuing a newspaper and listing of
many events throughout the region.
- Events. Sponsoring their initial meeting March 5th at the
"The Friend Factory" 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. in the banquet room of George's
Restaurant, 94th and Wadsworth (across from Homestead Furniture). They pan to hold a new
meeting on the first Thursday of the month.
Sports
Enthusiasts, Inc., For Profit Group
- Description. Sports Enthusiasts, Inc. stated goal is single
adult enhancement of good fellowship, mutual support, and the pursuit of a higher level of
excellence as individuals, principally through sports.
- Events. Continually updated list of many singles sponsored
sporting events throughout the metro area.
Sunday Night Singles Club, Volunteer Fee Supported
Social Group
- Description. This group meets at two locations (east and west) in the Denver metro area every
Sunday. They charge a small quarterly membership fee to attend events. The meals are not
included in the $5 fee or $39 for four months membership fee.
- Events. Meal events are held at several locations. Most events
are held on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday evening. Call 303.639.7622 for more information.
Sunday events are usually held at 6:00 p.m. East location is Glendale Community Center,
999 South Clermont and west is Clements Community Center, 1580 Yarrow.
Tour Russia, For Profit Group
- Description. Schedules tours and meetings with
Russian women.
- Events. Events are held at several locations.
Timberline Tall Club of Denver, Volunteer Fee Supported
Social Group
- Description. This is a social activity group meets in the
Denver metro area for tall singles. Height requirements: women, 5-foot-10,
men 6-foot-2. They charge a membership fee to attend events.

- Description. WebMatch is a national and international
site.They are one of the few completely free dating services on the Internet. Some of the

Westword© Singles Events, Westword Weekly Paper
- Description. This paper is an alternative to the traditional
news and entertainment papers such as The Denver Post, Rocky Mountain News,
and various area Sentinels. It is available for free throughout the metro area.
It operates singles events such as their very popular "romance parties" that are
used to promote their free romance advertisements placement. To place a short ad is
usually free and receipt of message is too, to call one of the advertisers is $1.99 per
minute. Usually, the romance party events are heavily attended. The paper is published by
a corporation for profit and similar papers published by the corporation are present
several cities.
- Events. About four or more events are usually held each month.

free papers for schedule and more information.
